Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your Boxing Basement product. If you change your mind, you may cancel your order and return your product in accordance with your statutory rights.

Change of mind

If you purchased online, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us that you wish to cancel and return it.

Once you have notified us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back. You do not need to give us a reason for cancelling.

Condition of returns

You may inspect the print in the same way you reasonably would if purchasing it in person.

Please take care when handling and repackaging the product. If its value has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund as permitted by law. 

The product does not have to be returned in its original packaging, but it should be packaged securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

 

Return postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

If your product is faulty, damaged when delivered, or not as described, please contact us and we will cover reasonable return postage where a return is required.

 

Refunds

Once a valid return is received, we will refund the price paid for the item.

Where you exercised your legal right to cancel, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. If you chose a more expensive delivery service, we are only required to refund the amount equivalent to our standard delivery charge. 

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect orders

If your print arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us.

We will deal with faulty or misdescribed goods in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.

International orders

Customers outside the United Kingdom may also have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of their own country. Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
